TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is routine cleaning and other cleaning services and special cleanings at various service buildings of the German Bundestag. In addition, the removal of snow slabs and ice build-up on the buildings forms part of the contract. The following properties are to be cleaned: • Unter den Linden 50 in 10117 Berlin (UL50) • Unter den Linden 71 in 10117 Berlin (UL71) • Unter den Linden 74 in 10117 Berlin (UL74) • Wilhelmstr. 60 in 10117 Berlin (WI60) • Dorotheenstraße 90 in 10117 Berlin (DS90) • Deutscher Dom, Gendarmenmarkt 1 in 10117 Berlin (DD) The service buildings UL50, UL71 and WI60 are used as members’ offices. The properties UL74 and DS90 are used by the administration of the German Bundestag. The Deutscher Dom (DD) is a historic building that, in the years 1993 to 1996, was definitively converted into a modern exhibition building for the German Bundestag. As part of routine cleaning, an estimated floor area of 52,605.09 m² is to be cleaned. Each year, an estimated total floor area of 7,406,212.21 m² is to be cleaned.
