TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement are services for improving the Contracting Authority’s information systems, divided into three groups. The Bidder may submit a bid for one, more than one, or all groups of the subject of procurement. Each group is evaluated separately. The total estimated value of procurement is EUR 504,000.00, excluding VAT. In this procedure, the estimated value of procurement amounts to: EUR 90,000.00, excluding VAT. The procedure is carried out with the aim of concluding a contract with one economic operator. The duration of the contract is 12 months. The selected Bidder is required to provide a warranty for the improved part of the system for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the Record/Minutes on the performed services. The warranty period begins to run on the day the Record/Minutes on the performed services is signed and the information system is put into regular production operation. For this purpose, the Bidder fills in the document Annex D - Statement on the Warranty Period.
