TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement comprises services for upgrading the Contracting Authority’s information systems, divided into three groups. The tenderer may submit a tender for one, more than one, or all groups of the subject matter of procurement. Each group is evaluated separately. The total estimated value of procurement is EUR 504,000.00 excluding VAT. In this procedure, the estimated value of procurement is: EUR 90,000.00 excluding VAT. The procedure is carried out with the aim of concluding a contract with one economic operator. The duration of the contract is 12 months. The selected tenderer is required to provide a warranty for the upgraded part of the system for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the Minutes of Performed Services. The warranty period begins to run on the day the Minutes of Performed Services are signed and the information system is released for regular production work. For this purpose, the tenderer completes the document Annex D - Statement on the warranty period.
