TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State Capital Dresden plans the accommodation of the Dresden University Secondary School community at the Höckendorfer Weg 2 site in Dresden-Kleinpestitz. The extension and refurbishment of the existing building as well as the renewal of the external works are planned. The subject of this tender is structural shell works on the existing building and for the construction of the new buildings. - Refurbishment/alteration of a 4-storey standard school building, Type Dresden R81, approx. 4,500 m² GFA including, among other things: - approx. 2,900 m² removal of ground-floor slabs and ceilings, - approx. 1,400 m² removal of walls, - approx. 150 m³ cast-in-situ concrete foundation underpinning C25/30, - approx. 80 m³ cast-in-situ concrete ground-floor slabs C25/30, - approx. 300 m² cast-in-situ external and internal walls as well as wall-like supports C30/37, - approx. 1,100 m² KS masonry walls, - approx. 1,100 m² span concrete ceiling units (precast elements), - approx. 85 t reinforcing steel, - approx. 140 t steel structures columns, beams and frames, various sections - approx. 490 m² external wall waterproofing PMBC, - approx. 650 m² perimeter insulation ground-floor slab, -…
