TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Unimog from the manufacturer Mercedes is the only equipment carrier that can be considered for use in road maintenance by the state-owned enterprise Landesbetrieb Straßenbau NRW and therefore cannot be tendered in a brand-neutral manner. Due to its variable mounting options, its all-wheel drive and its compact design, the Unimog can be used with great flexibility for winter services, landscaping and cleaning work. All attachment equipment such as snow plough, spreader attachment, snow blower, mowing machine, and also road-side reflector post washing device are specially adapted for the Unimog. These devices are already partly available at the individual “Meistereien”. This invitation to tender serves for replacement procurement for the predecessor vehicles to be decommissioned, which are also Unimogs.
