TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Unimog from the manufacturer Mercedes is the only vehicle carrier suitable for use in road maintenance by the Landesbetrieb Straßenbau NRW and therefore cannot be tendered without reference to a brand. Due to its variable attachment options, its all-wheel drive and its compact design, the Unimog can be used with great flexibility for winter service, green maintenance and cleaning work. All mounted implements such as snow plough, mounted spreader, snow blower, mowing equipment, and also road stud washing equipment are specially adapted for the Unimog. These devices are already available in part on the individual districts (Meistereien). This invitation to tender serves as a replacement procurement for the decommissioned predecessor vehicles, which are also Unimogs.
