TENDER DESCRIPTION
The task of the contracting party (AN) consists in the new construction of two district heating pipelines (flow/return), including media to be installed/relocated and the upfront preparation of the detailed execution planning (planning and engineering services in accordance with the Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), service phases 5 to 9), incl. procurement of materials. The construction site area is located in the northern part of the city of Görlitz, district of Königshufen. The route runs mainly in the roadway body of Schlesische Straße (from Neiße Park) to the intersection with Nieskyer Straße and then continues in Nieskyer Straße to the intersection with Girbirgsdorfer Straße. The road has the character of a main connecting road (B 99) and is paved with asphalt. The installation is carried out using open-cut construction methods.
