TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor’s task (AN) consists in the new construction of two district heating pipelines (forward supply/return) including the installation of associated services to be laid along with them and the preliminary preparation of the detailed execution planning (planning and engineering services in accordance with the Fees Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), service phases 5 to 9), including procurement of materials. The construction site area is located in the northern part of the city of Görlitz, district Königshufen. The route runs mainly in the roadway area of Schlesische Straße (from Neiße Park) to the intersection with Nieskyer Straße and then continues in Nieskyer Straße up to the intersection with Girbirgsdorfer Straße. The road has the character of a main connecting road (B 99) and is paved with asphalt. The installation will be carried out using open-cut construction methods.
