• approx. 75 m wastewater pipes made of plastic DN 50-100 incl. underground service lines (main building lines) • approx. 20 m condensate lines • approx. 445 m drinking and service water pipes made of stainless steel DN 12-32 incl. insulation and fittings/valves • approx. 160 m underground-laid PE supply lines DN 20-32 incl. partial insulation and media inlets • 1 pc safety separation station with 500 L feed tank • 1 pc backflushing filter DN 32 • 5 pcs wash basins • 2 pcs toilets • 1 pc shower • 1 pc connection to a tea kitchen • 1 pc floor drain • 2 pcs emergency showers • 15 pcs connections to laboratory equipment (MAF) • 8 pcs soap dispensers • 15 pcs disinfectant dispensers • 5 pcs towel dispensers and waste containers • 5 pcs fitting of existing wash basins with electric hot-water storage heaters • frost-protection trace heating All components are deemed to include the services described in the scope of work (LV).
