TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the Vaihingen Campus of the University, the State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the Stuttgart and Hohenheim University Construction Offices, is planning the Phase III expansion of the High-Performance Computing Center (HLRS III). The building includes server, technical, and office areas for research and teaching. The planned new HLRS III building is designed as a detached structure with external dimensions of L= 77.75 m, W= 37.50 m, and H= 12.50 m or 16.50 m including technical superstructures, constructed as a reinforced concrete and wood-concrete hybrid structure. Gross floor area (GFA) 12,700 m². The contractor's scope includes the complete drywall works.
