TENDER DESCRIPTION

Universitätsklinikum Homburg faces a crucial technological and organizational transformation. The strategy of increasing digitization sees the modernization of the SAP ERP landscape not only as a technical requirement, but also as a central foundation for competitiveness/productivity, employer appeal and process reliability. The existing SAP ECC landscape is approaching the end of its life cycle (maintenance end 2027/2030). End-to-end digitization and efficient control are currently technologically limited. The SAP system that has been in place for over 30 years and the associated organizational processes do, while they provide the basic mapping of commercial and administrative processes, are nevertheless not technically up to date and the potential for process automation is insufficiently utilized. In a transformation project, the current ERP system SAP ECC is to be replaced by SAP S/4HANA. The current functionalities in the SAP modules FI including FI-AA, CO, HR, MM-IM, MM-PUR, PM, SD (custom development) are to be newly designed and implemented using a Greenfield approach.
