TENDER DESCRIPTION

Along Domagkstraße up to Coesfelder Kreuz, the Research Campus East of Münster University Medical Center is being developed. In October 2019, the zoning plan procedure for Domagkstraße was completed. The goal of this procedure was to close the connecting street and to connect Sertürnerstraße via a fully signalized intersection to the ring. In a second zoning plan procedure, Domagkstraße is to be redesignated as a bicycle street and, in the area between MedForCe and the service center, connected/terminated. In the area between the newly constructed buildings MedForCe, BBIM, service center and study laboratory, the construction of a MobilityHub with around 700 bicycle parking spaces is planned. 1.3 Planning status, status of construction execution As part of the object planning for the service center of UKM, the firm kadawittfeld from Aachen initially prepared a feasibility study for the realization of a bicycle garage, and was subsequently commissioned to carry out the performance phases 1 - 2 of the object planning.
