    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    Along Domagkstraße up to the Coesfelder Kreuz, the research campus east of Universitätsmedizin Münster is being developed. In October 2019, the land-use plan (Bebauungsplan) procedure for Domagkstraße was completed. The objective of this procedure was to close the cross street and to connect Sertürnerstraße via a fully signal-controlled intersection system to the ring. In a second land-use plan procedure, Domagkstraße is to be redesignated as a bicycle street and capped off in the area between MedForCe and the service center. In this area between the newly constructed buildings MedForCe, BBIM, service center and study laboratory, the construction of a MobilityHub with around 700 bicycle parking spaces is planned. 1.3 Planning status, state of construction execution As part of the object planning for the service center of UKM, the firm kadawittfeld from Aachen initially prepared a feasibility study for the implementation of a bicycle garage and was subsequently commissioned to carry out the performance phases 1 - 2 of the object planning.
