TENDER DESCRIPTION

Along Domagkstraße up to Coesfelder Kreuz, the eastern research campus of the University Medicine Münster is being developed. In October 2019, the zoning plan procedure for Domagkstraße was completed. The objective of this procedure was the closure of the cross street and the connection of Sertürnerstraße via a fully signal-controlled intersection facility to the ring. In a second zoning plan procedure, Domagkstraße is to be reclassified as a bicycle street and connected/brought to a close in the area between MedForCe and the service center. In the area between the newly constructed buildings MedForCe, BBIM, service center and study laboratory, the construction of a MobilityHub with around 700 bicycle parking spaces is planned.. 1.3 Planning status, as-built status As part of the object planning for the service center of UKM, the office kadawittfeld from Aachen initially prepared a feasibility study for the realization of a bicycle garage and was subsequently commissioned to carry out the execution of service phases 1 - 2 of the object planning.
