TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the building maintenance works on the buildings of University Hospital Münster, the contracting authority has prepared the following bill of quantities/statement of work. This includes frequently occurring works that are then specified and called off in individual contracts. The facilities and buildings of UKM (University Hospital Münster) are listed in the attached site plan and are located mainly in the area enclosed by the following public roads: - Albert-Schweitzer-Straße - Rishon-le-Zion-Ring - Robert-Koch-Straße - Vesaliusweg - Niels-Stensen-Straße - Tondernstraße - Schmeddingstraße Further institutes are located on Von-Esmarch-Straße and Horstmarer Landweg. In addition, the properties of UKM Marienhospital GmbH in Borghorst and Emsdetten are also intended to be able to obtain services from the framework agreement.
