TENDER DESCRIPTION
Roof waterproofing works for the extension of the Women's Clinic (West) of the University Hospital Tübingen. Building approx. 41m x 41m x 11.85m with three upper floors, two underground floors and a connecting structure to the existing building. The upper floors are constructed in a wood-hybrid construction method except for the cores, the underground floors and cores are in reinforced concrete construction. Consisting of: Waterproofing works Insulated flat roof waterproofing approx. 1,600m2 with extensive greening and substructure for PV modules including built-in components for ventilation, drainage, etc. Smoke and heat exhaust systems for staircases, 2 units
