TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the design and delivery of a new electronic file administration service (eSSL) solution, including ensuring the administration and maintenance of the eSSL from the date of its delivery and acceptance (Operation), ensuring further development and the addition of eSSL functionalities in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements (Development), and other services in accordance with the draft contract which forms Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation. The subject of performance of the public contract is further described in detail in the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation. The technical specification contains the contracting authority’s requirements regarding the form of the new eSSL solution, its operation, and service support. The cited requirements are supplemented by an enumeration of the contracting authority’s functional and non-functional requirements for the subject of performance of the public contract.
