TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the design and delivery of a new electronic file management service solution (eSSL), including ensuring the administration and maintenance of the eSSL as of the date of its delivery and acceptance (Operation), ensuring further development and the adding of eSSL functionalities according to the contracting authority’s requirements (Development), and other services according to the contract proposal, which forms Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation. The subject matter of the performance under the public contract is also described in detail in the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation. The technical specification contains the contracting authority’s requirements for the form of the new eSSL solution, its operation and service support. The cited requirements are supplemented by an enumeration of the contracting authority’s functional and non-functional requirements for the subject matter of the public contract.
