Division into 2 specialist lots: LOT 1: Routine/maintenance cleaning comprises daily cleaning during working days as well as the (optional) annual basic cleaning of: • the own office building Holzhofstr. 4 (HHS 4, area approx. 5,380 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 600,000 m²) • a leased area in the ancillary building Holzhofstr. 7 (HHS 7, area approx. 520 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 57,000 m²) • a leased area in the Business Campus Mainz, Wilhelm-Theodor-Römheld-Straße 30, 55130 Mainz (BCM, area approx. 1,677 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 190,000 m²) • an area of the ETG ISB/HWK in Holzhofstr. 4 (HHS 4-ETG, area approx. 1,950 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 86,500 m²). This area essentially comprises stairwells, reception area, Furthermore, at the HHS 4 site a day service is to be provided with a working time of 40 hours per week. In addition to routine/maintenance cleaning, the day service is responsible for the independent care/management of the meeting rooms (including the management/board area), the kitchens, as well as the removal of soiling/discolorations that occur suddenly at the HHS 4 + 7 premises.
