Division into 2 lots LOT1: Maintenance cleaning includes daily cleaning as well as the (optional) annual basic cleaning of o the company’s own office building Holzhofstr. 4 (HHS 4, area approx. 5,380 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 600,000 m²) o a leased area in the ancillary building Holzhofstr. 7 (HHS 7, area approx. 520 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 57,000 m²) o a leased area in the Business Campus Mainz, Wilhelm-Theodor-Römheld-Straße 30, 55130 Mainz (BCM, area approx. 1,677 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 190,000 m²) o an area of ETG ISB/HWK at Holzhofstr. 4 (HHS 4-ETG, area approx. 1,950 m² with an annual cleaning area of approx. 86,500 m²).
