TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the Munich district of Freimann there is one of the currently three Bayerischer Rundfunk sites. The outdoor facilities located there consist of infrastructural areas and planting and green areas. As paved and partially paved areas, the internal road network with asphalt wearing course is primarily to be mentioned. The surfaces of the parking areas, on the other hand, are found both as paving slab surfacing and as water-bound surfacing. The green areas consist of existing perennial planting with individual shrub/tree planting as well as of areas with shrub/tree groups. In addition, there are alternating sections of lawn and meadow areas with large trees, which are not part of this tender. The respective scope of services and the site-specific requirements result from the associated schedules of services and annexes.
