TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure is aimed at interested companies which would like to carry out maintenance and glass cleaning at the Aachen site. AOK Haus Aachen, Markt 45, 52062 Aachen; approx. 1,461 m² floor area - ground floor and basement; AOK Haus Aachen, Markt 45, 52062 Aachen; approx. 254 m² of simple glass area - ground floor and basement, which have been designed according to the principle of the “new working environments”. The object advertised here is used daily - Monday to Friday / Saturday - by visitors and customers. The office workstations are not assigned permanently to employees and are left after the end of daily work according to the “clean desk” principle, i.e. no personal or other items that do not belong to the basic equipment of each workstation are left behind. As the contracting authority largely works digitally, there are no other items (e.g. mobile rolling containers / bins) at the office workstations or under the desks. For the area calculation for this object, only the pure base area was taken into account. In addition, the surfaces of desks, cabinets, kitchens etc. are included.
