TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of this tender, the routine maintenance and special cleaning are to be carried out in the premises of the Lausitz remediation division and the headquarters in accordance with this service description and the attached bill of quantities. Cleaning services are to be provided for offices, consultation rooms, kitchens, multipurpose rooms, technical rooms, sanitary facilities, showers, changing areas, corridors, and the vehicle fleet (basic and special cleanings). The required premises, items of equipment and the necessary resources (electric power, water and heating) will be made available to the contractor free of charge. The contractor undertakes to use them sparingly.
