TENDER DESCRIPTION
Within the scope of this tender, the maintenance and special cleaning are to be carried out in the premises of the Lausitz renovation area and the headquarters in accordance with this specification of services and the attached bill of quantities. Cleaning services are to be provided for offices, consultation rooms, kitchens, multi-purpose rooms, technical rooms, sanitary facilities, showers, changing areas, corridors, and the vehicle fleet (basic and special cleanings). The required premises, equipment items and the necessary utilities (electric power, water and heating) will be made available to the contractor free of charge. The contractor undertakes to use these resources sparingly. The measurements of the areas to be cleaned can be taken from Appendix 2 (total approx. 11,251 m²). - approx. 382 rooms - approx. 11,251 m² maintenance cleaning - approx. 620 m² special cleaning (4 times per year) - provision of sanitary supplies (toilet paper, hygiene bags, washing gel, paper hand towels)
