TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maintenance cleaning includes in particular: - Cleaning of all floor surfaces. - Cleaning of all freely accessible surfaces and furnishings, e.g. tables, cupboards, mobile shelving, racks, window ledges, radiators, lighting fixtures, etc. Office machines and single-desk PCs are excluded from the cleaning. Marks from handles on the interior glazing, on the glass doors and on the glazed intermediate walls (at handle height) must be removed. The interior glazing itself is considered part of glass cleaning. The type, scope and frequency of the cleaning are determined by Appendix D2 (specifications of services).
