TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maintenance cleaning services to be awarded will be provided for Uniklinik RWTH Aachen AöR, hereinafter referred to as UKA, by a service company. The following services are being put out to tender: - Maintenance cleaning of the nursing ward floor 9 - Special cleaning services (as required) Please refer to the room schedule for the areas to be cleaned (see Appendix 1 UKA Room Schedule 9th Floor.xlsx). . The aim of the award procedure is to find a service partner that is able to satisfy the UKA’s quality requirements while achieving the maximum possible economic effects. The service performance is defined in the form of a service-level agreement (SLA). The SLA specifically describes the result and/or the service content to be checked. Based on the SLA and a control system to be designed in a transparent manner, the results are checked and assessed. The deviations are weighted according to their significance and recorded in a point system such that serious deviations from the agreed service (agreed service = 100%) result in a proportional invoice reduction.
