TENDER DESCRIPTION
The maintenance cleaning services to be awarded will be provided for Uniklinik RWTH Aachen AöR, hereinafter referred to as UKA, by a service company. The following services are being put out to tender: - Maintenance cleaning of the nursing floor 9 - Special cleaning (as required) Please refer to the floor plan register (see Appendix 1 UKA floor plan register 9th floor.xlsx) for the areas to be cleaned. The aim of this procurement is to find a service provider that is able to meet the quality requirements of UKA while achieving the maximum possible economic effects. The service provision is defined in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA specifically describes the result and/or the scope of the services to be inspected. Based on the SLA and a control system to be designed in a transparent manner, the results are checked and assessed. Deviations are weighted according to their significance and recorded in a points system in such a way that significant deviations from the agreed service (agreed service = 100%) lead to a proportionate reduction in the invoice.
