TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maintenance cleaning services to be awarded will be provided for Uniklinik RWTH Aachen AöR, hereinafter referred to as UKA, by a service company. The following services are being tendered: - Maintenance cleaning of care floor 9 - Special cleaning (as required) For the areas to be cleaned, please refer to the floor plan book (see Appendix 1 UKA floor plan book 9th floor.xlsx). . The aim of the award procedure is to find a service partner who is able to meet the UKA’s quality requirements while also achieving the maximum possible economic effects. The service performance is defined in the form of a Service-Level Agreement (SLA). The SLAs specify in concrete terms the result and/or the service content to be checked. Based on the SLAs and a control system designed to be transparent, the results are checked and assessed. Deviations are weighted according to their significance and recorded in a points system in such a way that serious deviations from the agreed service (agreed service = 100%) lead to a proportional reduction in the invoice.
