TENDER DESCRIPTION
The maintenance cleaning services to be awarded are provided for the University Hospital RWTH Aachen AöR, hereinafter referred to as UKA, by a service company. The following services are being tendered: - Maintenance cleaning of nursing floor 9 - Special cleanings (as needed) Please refer to the room directory for the areas to be cleaned (see Annex 1 UKA Room Directory 9th Floor.xlsx). The objective of the award is to find a service partner capable of meeting UKA's quality requirements combined with the maximum possible economic effects. The service provision is defined in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA specifically describes the result or the service content to be inspected. Based on the SLA and a transparently designed control system, the results are checked and evaluated. Deviations are weighted according to their significance and recorded in a points system in such a way that significant deviations from the agreed service (agreed service = 100%) lead to a proportionate invoice deduction.
