TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maintenance cleaning services to be awarded are provided for the University Hospital RWTH Aachen AöR, hereinafter referred to as UKA, by a service company. The following services are tendered: - Maintenance cleaning of the 9th nursing floor - Special cleanings (as needed) Please refer to the room directory for the areas to be cleaned (see Annex 1 UKA room directory 9th floor.xlsx). The objective of the award is to find a service partner capable of fulfilling UKA's qualitative requirements combined with the maximum possible economic effects. The service provision is defined in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA concretely describes the result and the performance content to be checked. Based on the SLA and a transparently designed control system, the results are checked and evaluated. Deviations are weighted according to their significance and recorded in a point system so that significant deviations from the agreed service (agreed service = 100%) lead to a proportional invoice deduction.
