TENDER DESCRIPTION
The FHH - Finance Authority - as contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for maintenance cleaning in the premises of the district secondary school and grammar school Meiendorf, Schierenberg 50 and 60, 22145 Hamburg from 15.03.2027 unlimited. Maintenance cleaning (UHR) within the meaning of this procurement means cleaning the interior surfaces of the buildings and the furnishings according to the contractual cleaning plan of the FHH. IT equipment is excluded. Dust and cobwebs must be removed up to a ceiling height of max. 3.50 m. For cleaning works above 1.80 m, aids must be planned if necessary. The details of the requested service are specified in the attached contract documents and the technical specifications (including the supplementary regulations).
