TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the maintenance cleaning as well as other cleaning services and special cleaning in the service building Modulbau of the German Bundestag (MODB). Furthermore, the removal of snow slabs and ice buildup on the MODB service building is part of the contract. The MODB is a building complex consisting of 400 modules. It is used primarily to accommodate members’ offices and the associated service offices of the Bundestag administration. This property therefore places high demands on a representative appearance. The scope of services includes cleaning of office rooms, meeting rooms, tea kitchens, circulation areas and sanitary rooms. Each year, a total area of 1,784,182.13 m² is to be cleaned. This is divided into the following base areas: - 58.30 % main usable area, - 5.95 % ancillary usable area, and - 35.75 % circulation area.
