Maintenance Cleaning: The objective of maintenance cleaning is to ensure that the performance of the services preserves cleanliness, functionality, appearance, and hygiene. Besides the satisfaction of users regarding cleaning quality, the preservation of the value of the cleaned areas is of paramount importance. All services advertised must be provided in a way that best supports this value preservation. The contractor is required to select the cleaning systems suitable for the different services accordingly.
