Maintenance cleaning: The aim of maintenance cleaning is to ensure that the provision of services maintains cleanliness, functionality, appearance, and hygiene. In addition to user satisfaction regarding cleaning quality, preserving the value of the cleaned areas is of utmost priority. All services that best support this value preservation must be provided as per the tendered services. The contractor must select the cleaning systems appropriately for the different services. Procurement of consumables: The contractor is responsible for the procurement and storage of consumables for the administrative building. Annexes: Annex 1: Room register, the room register (price sheet) must be fully completed in columns "K" hourly billing rate, "L" performance number, "M" price/day, "N" price/month, and "O" price/year.
