Maintenance cleaning: The aim of maintenance cleaning is to ensure that the cleanliness, usability, appearance, and hygiene are maintained through the provision of services. In addition to user satisfaction regarding cleaning quality, preserving the value of the cleaned areas is a top priority. All services required to optimally support this value preservation must be provided with the tendered services. The contractor must select the cleaning systems appropriately for the different services. Procurement of consumables: The contractor is responsible for the procurement and storage of consumables for the administrative property.
