Maintenance cleaning: The aim of maintenance cleaning is to ensure that the provision of services maintains cleanliness, usability, appearance, and hygiene. In addition to user satisfaction regarding cleaning quality, the preservation of the value of the cleaned surfaces is paramount. All services that best support this value preservation must be provided as part of the tendered services. The contractor must select the cleaning systems appropriate for the different services. Procurement of consumables: The contractor is responsible for the procurement and storage of consumables for the administrative property.
