TENDER DESCRIPTION
Interior cleaning includes cleaning and care of floors, walls, staircases, furniture, equipment, windowsills, radiators, doors with frames, sanitary facilities, wash and shower facilities, indoor glass surfaces, mirrors and stair railings. Interior cleaning is to be carried out for the following locations: AWZ Stade-Süd, AWZ Buxtehude, recycling material centres Wedel, Oldendorf and the composting sites Harsefeld, Horneburg and Sauensiek. The contract term begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2028. The option to extend for two additional years until 31.12.2030 exists unless one of the contracting parties terminates the contract by 31.03.2028.
