TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the Bremen port railway in Bremen and Bremerhaven, the track superstructure works are being tendered as a framework agreement. The tender is divided into lots, i.e. it is possible to submit an offer for one, two or all lots. The contract award is given to the most advantageous offer for each lot. Therefore, a combination of the lowest total price from two lots does not automatically also result in an award covering both lots! The contract is awarded in partial contracts in accordance with the available budget funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to delete individual items without replacement and/or change the quantities. Additional claims cannot be derived from this.
