TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the Bremen port railway in Bremen and Bremerhaven, the track construction work will be tendered as a framework agreement. The tender is divided into lots, i.e. an offer may be submitted for one, two or all lots. The contract award goes to the most cost-effective offer for each lot. A combination of the lowest total price for two lots therefore does not automatically also result in an award covering both lots! The contract is awarded in partial orders in accordance with the available budget funds. The contracting authority reserves the right to delete individual items without replacement and/or to change the quantities. Claims for additional work cannot be derived from this.
