Support Organization and Equipment for the 18th Federal Assembly (Paul-Löbe-Haus section and outdoor area) on 30 January 2027 The subject matter of the contract is the support organization and equipment for the 18th Federal Assembly in the Paul-Löbe-Haus (PLH) section and outdoor area, as well as for the subsequent reception in the PLH. The contractor (AN) must offer all personnel and technical services required in order to be able to carry out a professional reception event. To this end, the AN must submit a concept with the tender, the evaluation of which is taken into account in the award decision (see document “Evaluation Scheme”). With regard to the event, the AN assumes responsibility for the preparation, implementation and follow-up, and for the personnel, material and technical support of the contracting authority (AG), and must provide the following services in detail: • Furnishing and other equipment • Wayfinding/signage and directions system • Personnel deployment and service services • Organisational/preventive fire protection and services • Occupational safety and health • Presentation stand for commemorative gift (option) Due to the event’s high public impact, high…
