TENDER DESCRIPTION

SAP Basis Administration is responsible, with due observance that LfA has outsourced the operation of its ERP and BW systems to the SAP Cloud, for the smooth operation of our SAP systems in close cooperation with SAP. The central tasks in the SAP Basis environment include the daily monitoring of the SAP system landscape in order to ensure efficient and error-free operation. In this context, the standard Basis transactions are regularly checked for error messages - both directly in the relevant SAP transactions and by using incoming system messages by email, or through active evaluation of the reports in SAP for Me. Another essential component is the installation of hotfixes as well as SAP and LfA specialist releases in order to keep the systems at all times up to date and secure. This also includes the analysis, assessment and processing of vulnerabilities in the Baramundi system in order to sustainably ensure IT security.
