TENDER DESCRIPTION

A framework agreement is to be concluded between IB.SH and a service company. The framework agreement governs assignments that are carried out, on the one hand, by the municipalities and, on the other hand, by IB.SH, and that include the following services: 1. Assignments by the municipalities: • Preparation of at least 10 potential analyses up to a maximum of 40 potential analyses at a price fixed in the framework agreement after commissioning by the respective municipality. • Currently, the state’s budget funds are available for up to 10 potential analyses. This corresponds to the minimum quantity to be taken under the framework agreement. Further assignments up to the maximum of 40 potential analyses are subject to future budget decisions. • In connection with the commissioning of the potential analyses, additional services on an hourly basis may be requested as an extension to the main assignment by the municipalities. These must have a close factual connection with the actual preparation of the potential analyses; e.g. presenting the results in further committees/before the public.
