TENDER DESCRIPTION

A framework agreement is to be concluded between IB.SH and a service company. The framework agreement governs assignments that are carried out, on the one hand, by the municipalities and, on the other hand, by IB.SH, and includes the following services: 1. Assignment by the municipalities: • Preparation of at least 10 potential analyses up to a maximum of 40 potential analyses at a price fixed in the framework agreement following assignment by the respective municipality. • At present, the state has budgetary funds available for up to 10 potential analyses. This corresponds to the minimum acceptance under the framework agreement. Further assignments up to the maximum of 40 potential analyses are subject to the proviso of future budget decisions. • In connection with the commissioning of the potential analyses, additional services may be called off on an hourly basis as an extension to the main assignment by the municipalities. These must be closely linked to the actual preparation of the potential analyses; e.g. the presentation of the results in additional committees/the public.
