TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Regierungspräsidium Gießen (RPGI) intends to award a contract for the analytics of wastewater and water samples (period 01.02.2027 - 31.01.2029). The contract is automatically extended on 01.02.2029 and 01.02.2030 by a further year each time, i.e. at the latest until 31.01.2031, unless one of the contracting parties, while observing a notice period of 6 months, indicates that it does not wish to extend the term of the contract. Estimated quantity: 26,748 analyses (4 years) Maximum value: €550,000 (4 years) The contract ends upon reaching the maximum value, but at the latest upon expiry of the maximum contract term on 31.01.2031.
