TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Social Insurance Institution for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture (SVLFG) is a federal authority under public law with self-administration as the provider of all lines of insurance of agricultural social insurance. As the Agricultural Old-Age Insurance Fund (LAK), the SVLFG must decide, pursuant to Section 13 of the Act on Old-Age Security for Farmers (ALG), on applications for disability pension and, pursuant to Section 7 of the ALG, on benefits for medical rehabilitation. To fulfil its statutory duty, it relies on cooperation with medical experts. In particular, there is a need for consultation in clarifying social-medical matters for the purpose of diagnosing, in determining and establishing rehabilitation/participation needs, and in assessing the medical documents provided with regard to the determined capacity to work in the general labour market.
