Upalinkon 110 kV:n sähköaseman uusiminen

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Turku Energia Sähköverkot Oy (hereinafter referred to as TESV) renovates the 110 kV Upalinko substation located in Turku. The starting point of the project is the replacement of the existing 110 kV open switchgear by a new SF6 gas-insulated GIS switchgear. The new switchgear will be located in the substation building to be constructed in connection with this procurement, in the north-western part of the existing substation site. The existing feeder connections are connected to the new switchgear via 110 kV cable connections to be implemented from the existing outgoing portal. The subject matter of this procurement is a construction contract for the renovation of the substation, which includes the substation design, construction, switchgear and other materials, installation, testing and commissioning works, documentation, and demolition works to the extent defined more specifically in the procurement documents. This procurement is to be carried out as a turnkey contract with overall responsibility. The procurement shall comply with the F-gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573.
