• The subject matter of this public contract (hereinafter referred to as the “public contract” or “PC”) is the upgrade of the existing 4 telephone exchanges (PBXs) Siemens Hicom 300E for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague at the contracting authority’s premises: • PBX VFN8 Department of Addiction Medicine, Apolinářská 4, Prague 2, • PBX VFN9 Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Albertov 5, Prague, • 2PBX VFN10 Institute of Biology and Medical Genetics, Purkyně Institute, Albertov 4, Prague, • 2PBX VFN11 Hlavův Institute – Pathology, Studničkova 4, Prague 2, including warranty service, within the scope of the minimum technical and functional specifications stated in Annex No. 2 to these procurement documents (hereinafter also the “subject matter of the contract”). • Further specifications of the subject matter of the contract are provided in Annex No. 2 to these procurement documents – Minimum technical and functional specifications of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the “specifications”). • The subject matter of this public contract is also defined by the binding draft purchase contract for the upgrade of the Siemens Hicom 300E…
