TENDER DESCRIPTION

Diamant Group works with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 (on-premises). The maintenance contract expires in 2028 and the version is at end of lifecycle. Diamant Group is looking for one implementation partner to realise the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud, in accordance with the Programme of Requirements, with go-live no later than 1 January 2028. The assignment includes the migration and implementation plan, the setup and configuration of a test and a production environment, data and master data migration, delivering and working implementations of the integrations including, among others, AFAS, GroenVision, TimeTell, Quadira and Continia, testing, acceptance and training, go-live and aftercare (hypercare), and related advisory services including advice on the required licences.
