TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement concerns the procurement of a lease agreement to be signed with the successful tenderer. The lease agreement shall satisfy the Swedish Police Authority’s need for a landlord as well as the client/developer for the construction of a new police station in Strömstad. The new police station will replace the police’s existing building in central Strömstad. Please read further information in the invitation to apply.
