TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Audit Committee of the Town of Nykarleby requests tenders for audit services for the Town of Nykarleby’s administration and finances and for the subsidiary entities belonging to the municipal group in accordance with Municipal Contracts Act (KomL) Section 122 for the years 2027 - 2030, with an option for the years 2031 and 2032. In this tender request, “audit service” primarily refers to the audit of public administration and finances and the municipality’s subsidiary companies in accordance with the Local Government Act Sections 122, 123 and 125. The procurement procedure ends when the audit report for the financial year 1.1.2030-31.12.2030 has been submitted within the time prescribed by the provisions, after which the contract may be extended on the original terms by one + one (1 + 1) year. The contracting authority decides separately on the use and duration of the options. We assume that the audit work is carried out, reported and documented in Swedish.
